"The Must of Mustards"

This is the original stone ground mustard recipe made in Crawford County Iowa since 1885. The basis for each of the additional flavors.

Original recipe with just the right touch of sweet honey; but not too sweet.

Created for all our garlic lovers. This flavor is great for marinades and salad dressings. 

The addition of dill makes this a great compliment to potato salad, deviled eggs, salmon and many other dishes. 

If you love to Barbeque, you will love our hickory smoke flavor. 

The hint of habanero gives our already spicy mustard a little extra after burn. This is the mildest of our hotter mustards.

Don’t worry! While the heat of the Thai chili peppers is warm and immediate, it quickly dissipates.

For those of you who love a little more heat, this is the mustard for you. Ghost pepper sneaks up on you at the end but you will not be disappointed.
